The band

All four musicians are professionals, educated and trained at conservatories and music academies in Switzerland, Holland, Russia and New York. They have gained their extensive experience performing at home and abroad, including at the Montreux Jazz Festival, the Yehudi Menuhin Festival, the Paris Festival and on radio and television.

The band members

Fides Auf der Maur is a sought-after and experienced soloist and moves with ease in the various genres of classical, klezmer and folk music.
Sergej Simbirev, originally from Ukraine, has been living in Switzerland for over 20 years as a freelance and versatile accordionist.
Patricia Draeger plays the flute and accordion and is active as a freelance musician in various music groups.
Claudio Strebel, double bass is an accomplished commuter between swing, klezmer and jazz.
