Mia Farbenfroh has a flair for unusual locations: whether on a glacier, in a field hockey stadium or on the transportable, 7-metre-high installation - the aerial artist creates shows on the vertical scarf, on the aerial hoop or with ribbons (straps) and turns the surroundings into an attraction. The artist

Mia Farbenfroh is a contemporary circus artist with roots in Valais. Her artistic focus is on aerial hoop, vertical scarf, handstand and dance - disciplines that she combines to create poetic and powerful images. Her experience on circus and theater stages enables her to effortlessly interact with and inspire the audience.

A qualified physiotherapist, she has a deep interest in movement as a form of expression. She has been studying contemporary circus at the CREAT circus school in Valencia since 2023. She is constantly expanding her repertoire through master classes in Europe. The combination of physiotherapeutic knowledge and artistic practice characterizes her style: physically intelligent, technically sound and creatively free.

Workshops

Would you like to soar through the air yourself and try out the aerial acrobatics equipment? The artist has years of experience in teaching aerial acrobatics. On request, a workshop for children, young people and adults can be booked - also in combination with a performance.
