The dialect songs of TSCHO are about the everyday little things and the great philosophical truths of life, like in the song "Wenn i stah, de stahni". It is about "Die Angere, die hunderttuusig Angere" or also about "Z'Lied, wo's no nid git". Whether original composition or newly interpreted cover song: The singer-songwriter enchants your guests with subtle joie de vivre, catchy melodies and one or the other musical greeting from Greece. With his guitar and his sonorous voice TSCHO takes the audience on a journey of sounds and words. It leads from Bern to Athens and back again or, who knows, to a completely different place. The artist with the two souls

The Greek-born artist with the stage name TSCHO has two souls in his chest: one comes from Athens, the other has lived in Bern for many years. At the age of 24, TSCHO, inspired by Mani Matter and many Greek performers, wrote his first dialect song. In 1994 he performed his own songs at the first Bernese Song Days. In the following years he played as a solo artist on different stages in Bern. In 2018 his first dialect single ("Di hunderttuusig Angere") was released, professionally produced by Ben Mühlethaler (producer of Müslüm, Seven and Prince, among others).
