Atmospheric program
Let yourself be transported back in time and offer your guests a nostalgic ambience. The chanson singer and her musicians will enrich your event with the most beautiful French and German chansons. The atmospheric journey through time takes you from Hildegard Knef and Marlene Dietrich to the harsh reality of Edith Piaf's life in the 1930s, and from the sailors' night and the ironic tango of death by Jacques Brel to the poetic and fragile world of the great Barbara. Skillful, charming and passionate, the trio or duo will put your audience in the most beautiful moods.
The singer
During her training as a primary school teacher, Sabine Wiesli attended classical singing lessons, choir, guitar and piano lessons. At the same time, she sang in the rock band "Les Assessörs" and also performed with them. She lived in Paris for two years and attended the CIM jazz school there. Back in Zurich, she trained her voice in courses and with various singers and studied school music at the Zurich University of the Arts. Today Sabine Wiesli realizes her musical ideas and interests in various formations.
The accordionist in a trio
Severin Oswald has been playing piano and accordion for many years in various bands and projects between pop, rock and chanson. He has been composing and writing his own songs since 1997. In 2006, he was awarded a grant from the Canton of Zug and later a scholarship at the Zuger Atelier in Berlin. As a solo chansonnier, he also toured France for concerts for a while. In 2012, he completed a Master's degree in School Music I at the ZHdK. He lives in Zurich.
The guitarist in the trio
Greg Obrist is a versatile musician, instrumental teacher at the PH Lucerne and producer. He completed his studies at the St. Gallen Jazz School in 2011. To expand his knowledge, he later completed a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Pop Music at the Bern University of the Arts. In addition to his work as a musician and teacher, Greg Obrist runs his own recording studio, where he works as a producer and supports artists in the realization of their musical projects.
The accordionist in a duo
Jürg Luchsinger began his musical training in Zurich and obtained his teaching and soloist diploma at the State University of Music in Trossingen. Today he performs internationally as a soloist and chamber musician; his repertoire covers a broad musical spectrum from baroque to contemporary works. Jürg Luchsinger also teaches an accordion class at the Musik-Akademie der Stadt Basel and the Musikschule Konservatorium Zürich.
