Two riders and their birds

Men On Birds are two jockeys who ride through your event not on horses, but on the wildest birds on earth. It is only thanks to hard training, intensive dressage and merciless discipline that the two riders manage to keep their bouquets in check. Or at least one of the riders does: jockey Sir Edmund Fergusson (Scheppe) is the absolute professional; his bird does what he tells it to! He is accompanied by the chaotic jockey András (Boko), an absolute beginner in ostrich riding. If only it ends well!

For all kinds of occasions

Men On Birds work everywhere. Whether they are riding through an aperitif, humorously mixing up your guests' reception, roaming around an exhibition site or performing a number on stage between the main course and dessert: The two riders with their bouquets are an eye-catcher at any event. They delight young and old alike with a lot of enthusiasm and few words. The comedy duo performs as a walking act or offers a show in several blocks if desired, for example between courses. The layout can be adapted to suit your event.

The show

Dressage and riding exercises alternate with yoga contortions, juggling and daring jumps. At the end there is the big race, in which the audience has to lend a helping hand. Who will win? Men On Birds captivates with its situation comedy, expressive facial expressions and magnificent puppetry. Your guests are part of the show from start to finish and can interact with the artists. The comedy duo

Stefan Schäfer, aka Sir Edmund Fergusson, and Bálint Kostyál, aka András, studied at the COMART School of Theater, Dance and Mime in Zurich. Since 2016, they have been touring as the professional comedy duo Scheppe & Boko with various productions in Switzerland and abroad. With their program "Men On Birds" they won the "Special Prize of the Jury" at the International Cabaret Festival in Usedom (Germany) in 2023.
