Patina Pick, consisting of the three seasoned musicians Küre Küng, Bruno Schaad and Roger Schneeberger, has dedicated itself to the contemporary blues and singer-songwriter sound and chooses its songs with care.

The trio focuses on gems that you don't hear everywhere - real gems by artists such as Eric Clapton, Mark Knopfler, Eric Bibb, Neil Young or Crosby, Stills & Nash. Their own arrangements give the songs a very special touch, sometimes gentle and melancholy, sometimes rhythmic and infectious.

Without electronic gimmicks

The cover band manages without sequencers or electronic and pre-recorded beats and delights its audience with an honest sound. They play acoustic and electric guitars, double bass and harmonica, accompanied by polyphonic vocals.

The musicians

Küre Küng first learned the clarinet, then switched to the piano as a teenager and later also learned to play the guitar. He was involved in various Swiss bands and CD recordings.

Bruno Schaad plays the piano, double bass and guitar. He trained as a double bass player at the Biel Conservatory and also studied at the general jazz school in Bern. He can look back on many performances as a folk and popular musician, in classical orchestras and as a choirmaster.

Roger Schneeberger has been playing the guitar since his youth and even financed his studies with light music. He has played in various bands in the rock, blues, soul and funk genres.
