Party atmosphere at your party
If you can't afford a live performance by Eric Clapton or Alice Cooper Longtom and his rock cover show is a more than worthy replacement. Whether rather discreetly with the acoustic guitar or as a cracking rocker who gets your guests in the party mood: The one-man entertainer plays and sings the greatest hits from forty years of rock history for you, true to the original and (if electronically amplified) complemented with playbacks. The total playing time of three hours can be divided into three to four sets. Plan the optimal course of your event in consultation with the musician.
From rock to pop to ballads
Longtom's repertoire ranges from ABBA to Metallica and Modern Talking to ZZ Top. It includes rocking hits like "White Wedding" (Billy Idol), "Runaway" (Bon Jovi), "We Will Rock You" (Queen), "Poison" (Alice Cooper), "Jump" (Van Halen), "Parisienne Walkways" (Gary Moore) and "Whatever You Want" (Status Quo), but also more poppy and soft songs like "Daddy Cool" (Boney M.), "Verdammt Ich Lieb Dich" (Matthias Reim), "Männer" (Herbert Grönemeyer), "More Than Words" (Extreme), "I hätt no viu blöder ta" (Gölä), "Purple Rain" (Prince) and "Tears In Heaven" (Eric Clapton).
The musician and his passion
When Longtom, at the age of eight, happened to watch a clip of a concert by the band KISS on television, he was irrevocably infected with the rock virus. He decided to become a "guitar heroe" like Steve Vai (guitarist with Frank Zappa, among others), Yngwie Malmsteen, George Lynch, Joe Satriani and his other idols from the eighties. After years of self-study he continued his education at the Musicians Institute in Hollywood. Longtom has been touring the stages of Switzerland for many years and inspires a wide audience with his passionate guitar playing.
