Only those who know their own identity, skills and weaknesses are aware of their own personality and have confidence in their abilities. This is the prerequisite for good self-esteem. If you can accept yourself and recognize yourself as a valuable person, you will be able to overcome challenges and achieve your goals.

The speaker

The workshop leader holds a Master of Advanced Studies in systemic coaching and organizational consulting. She has completed a CAS in Personal Leadership as well as in Transcultural Coaching and Organizational Consulting and regularly undergoes further training in this field. People are always at the center of her work.
