How does communication work?
In this one-hour lecture, you will learn the basics of successful communication. The concept of "non-violent communication" (NVC) developed by Marshall B. Rosenberg in the 1960s enables people to express their concerns more clearly, communicate better with others and resolve conflicts more quickly. You will receive a theoretical introduction to the basic principles of NVC as well as practical tips and tricks for implementing the communication tools in your own everyday life.
Possible lecture topics
The aspects and areas of application of CSF are diverse. Choose the topic that appeals to you the most:

You can also book a series of lectures and/or develop a concept with the team of experts to implement non-violent communication in your corporate culture.
The lecturers
Depending on the size of the audience, the presentation is given by one or two people. The two speakers Helen Galliker and Dominik Pfyffer specialise in communication, psychology and corporate culture. They have been practising non-violent communication for many years and teach it as a pragmatic approach for more ease and understanding in everyday (professional) life.
