The most beautiful covers in Bernese dialect
Surprise your guests with an extremely entertaining feast for the ears. The Bernese band WallisNord plays a varied programme with their own and well-known hits, served in the vernacular and generously spiced with a pinch of humour. The special treats of the band are the covers garnished with their own lyrics. Proud Mary finds her happiness in the bowling cellar, and Billie Jean can't resist the magic chocolate. If you wish, WallisNord can also rehearse your favourite songs or write a new dialect lyrics to your favourite song.

The band introduces itself
Antoinette Heldner has gained vocal and stage experience in various bands such as SwissJag and the Bernese Vocal Ensemble. With WallisNord she uses her three octave vocal range in a variety of ways, also plays piano and keyboard and writes the songs and dialect lyrics of the band.
Thierry Perroud studied classical music in Bern and Biella (Italy) and obtained a master's degree in jazz theory at the Berklee School of Music. He participated in stage productions at the Stadttheater Bern and played in various formations with musicians such as Mich Gerber and others. His love for the low notes led him via the bass and contrabass clarinet to the electric bass and to WallisNord.
Herbert Knecht has been playing electric guitar for more than 30 years. He studied at the Jazz School and played in various bands in front of smaller and larger audiences. At WallisNord he is the man for demanding accompaniment and one or two solos. He also writes new dialect texts for cover songs.
Heinz Richner played in a big band, in the Longvalley jazz band and in the dance band "Jug Heule", once well-known in Aargau. In the drum school of Matthias Boss he updated his drum techniques and refined his sure timing. At WallisNord he creatively provides the right groove.
